NEXT GENERATION PERFORMANCE
The EZ-Pleat Plus™ filters have achieved the high performance efficiency rating of MERV 11. These filters utilize patented Intrepid® filtration media from Kimberly Clark: this distinctive gold and white media is 100% synthetic, electrostatically charged, and thermally bonded with no chemical binders. Their spunbound technology produces a unique gradient density structure enhanced by electrostatic charge for high initial and sustained filtration efficiency. The media is also resistant to a wide range of chemicals, will not absorb moisture, and will not support microbial growth.

OLD FASHION QUALITY
The benefits do not end with performance alone. Incorporating a high-wet-strength double-sided die-cut frame helps the EZ-Pleat Plus remain rigid even under rigorous conditions. The media is also supported with expanded metal for added strength. This heavy-duty construction makes the EZ-Pleat Plus more resistant to "blowout" than many other brands. Less well-constructed filters may flutter in the air stream resulting in premature particle release and airflow by-pass.

FRAME CONSTRUCTION
EZ-Pleat Plus filters are enclosed in heavy duty, high wet strength beverage board frames. Filter frames utilize diagonal support bars as integral parts of the frame. Each support bar and all inside surfaces are bonded to the media pack insuring proper pleat spacing, stability and retention as well a eliminating the possibility of air by-pass through the filter. When assembled, the two mating sections of the frame overlap one another to provide a double thick wall.

UL CLASSIFICATION
EZ-Pleat Plus filters are rated by Underwriters Laboratories as UL CLASS 2.

CUSTOM SIZES (Special Order)
Additional custom sizes of four-inch pleated filters are available on a special order basis. Please contact us if you do not find your size listed above.

• Oversized cases will be shipped at a "dimensional weight" of 30 or more pounds.
• Less than full case packs are available only for will call orders of stock sizes.
• Special order and custom size filters are not returnable.
